Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction to contribute to the growth and reputation of our institution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable educational programs and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling educational programs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and educational market developments.
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and achievements.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Fluency in Nepali language is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
