Job Overview:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager proficient in Arabic to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business from existing clients, and seeking new sales opportunities. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain client relationships,
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction,
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
• Address client queries and issues promptly,
• Manage client accounts and handle contract renewals,
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions, prepare regular reports on account status,
• Gather client feedback for improvement, and attend industry events to grow the client base.

Requirements and Skills :

• Proven experience in a similar role,
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic,
• ability to deliver client-focused solutions,
• manage multiple accounts and projects effectively,
• proactive and solutions-oriented, familiarity with CRM software and MS Office, BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
