Role Description:

As a Chartered Accountant at Egniol Group of Companies, you'll play a crucial role in managing financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and providing valuable financial insights. This full-time on-site position requires a deep understanding of financial management, up-to-date knowledge of financial laws, and the ability to contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance financial systems for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, providing insights for optimization.
• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements; ensure adherence to regulations.
• Develop KPIs to assess business and internal account department performance.
• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies for mitigation.
• Collaborate with other departments, providing financial insights and support.
• Utilize financial software to streamline processes; stay updated on advancements.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.

Qualifications:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
