Position : Business Development Executive (Individual role) 


Location : Chennai

NOTE : Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory


Responsibilities : 


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for converting leads into sales, with leads provided by the company. The role includes identifying business opportunities, closing leads, mining business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The executive will develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company objectives, as well as develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential customers. Building relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring customer feedback to ensure satisfaction, negotiating contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures are also part of the responsibilities.


Qualifications : 


  • The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess strong sales skills. 
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, counseling, 
  • BDM, B2B, B2C, inside/in-house sales, BPO, KPO, or RPO is required. 
  • The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, 
  • proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies, and should be focused, 
  • target-oriented, and value-driven in lead management. .
