Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Ahmedabad branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including overseeing staff, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role, with a strong knowledge of finance, marketing, and sales principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ahmedabad branch, including overseeing staff, developing sales strategies, and managing budgets.

* Ensure the branch meets its target revenue and profitability goals.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

* Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure smooth business operations.

* Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

* Knowledge of finance, marketing, and sales principles.

* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

* Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

* Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.

* Experience in the Indian business and startup ecosystem is a plus.
