Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our loan department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients to provide information about our loan products, answer queries, and assist in the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for various loan products.
• Provide accurate information regarding loan terms, eligibility, and documentation required.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
• Follow up with leads and assist clients through the loan application process.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Stay updated on company loan products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
