Role Description:

As a Chartered Accountant at Egniol Group of Companies, you'll play a crucial role in managing financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and providing valuable financial insights. This full-time on-site position requires a deep understanding of financial management, up-to-date knowledge of financial laws, and the ability to contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance financial systems for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, providing insights for optimization.

Conduct regular financial audits to ensure transparency and compliance.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements; ensure adherence to regulations.

Develop KPIs to assess business and internal account department performance.

Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies for mitigation.

Collaborate with other departments, providing financial insights and support.

Utilize financial software to streamline processes; stay updated on advancements.

Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Proven experience in financial management and accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
