Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive Trainee at Egniol Campus, you will undergo an intensive 3-month training program focused on enhancing your business acumen, sales skills, and understanding of MSME sector requirements. Upon successful completion of the training, you may transition to a full-time Business Development Executive role, where you’ll be responsible for driving growth, acquiring clients, and supporting business development initiatives for our expanding network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Learn the fundamentals of client outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building strategies to grow Egniol’s client base.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with mentors to understand market trends and develop sales pitches aligned with Egniol’s service offerings.
- Market Research: Conduct research on MSME sector trends, industry requirements, and client needs to support targeted business development.
- Networking: Engage with potential clients and partners through networking events, industry meetups, and direct outreach.
- Project Support: Assist in proposal creation, documentation, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Learn and utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up on client interactions, and maintain an organized client database.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; a proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn.
