The Expectations:
o To devise and implement Strategy and Plan for Service team Growth on both the
Objectives.
o Customer Satisfaction Index – monthly measurement graph going up.
o Self and Team Management.
o Service Activities Planning and Scheduling.
o Analyze the past performance and compare it with existing.
o Monthly Presentation on performance on Quantitative + Qualitative matters. (To
develop a standard template)
o Regular field visit to Strategic / Important Customers.
o Participation in Process
o Metrics to be laid down and measured monthly:
Skills required:
- Strong team management experience.
- Ability to manage a direct team in Pune as well as a team across Pan India.
- Capability to generate revenue.
- Proficiency in creating presentations
