Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the branch as a Profit Center by strategizing, executing, and tracking sales, logistics, and commercial operations to achieve optimal financial outcomes within designated areas, including the creation of an annual strategic plan for the entire branch.

 • Enhancing sales performance to meet targets for sales and receivables.

 • Formulating forecasts, financial goals, and comprehensive business plans. 

• Driving business development through the analysis of new growth opportunities and potential expansion, as well as maintaining or increasing revenue from current accounts. 

• Leading and cultivating team development and management skills.
