2 Lead and direct internal staff and contractors in the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of the BMS and any system or software upgrades. 3 Complete fault diagnosis and rectification on the whole range of BMS equipment.
- Handle to operate a computer workstation.
- Microsoft Office Excel.
- Basic Knowledge about HVAC systems.
- Basic communications skills.
- Understand the BMS Documents.
- Understand the basics of Electrical Panels, Power supply, Controllers, Sensors and actuators.
