AUTOCAD ARCHITECT  

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Architect with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of experience in using AutoCAD software to produce high-quality architectural drawings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and producing detailed drawings and designs for various architectural projects, including building plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules. 

THIS POSITION IS A WORK FROM HOME WITH A SHIFT TIMING OF: 3PM to 12AM 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and designs using AutoCAD software. 
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met. 
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to obtain necessary information and approvals for projects. 
• Ensure drawings comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. 
• Review and redline drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
• Assist with project scheduling and budgeting. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using AutoCAD software to produce architectural drawings. 
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant software such as Revit. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
