Roles & Responsibilities

1. Product Promotion and Education:

· Responsible for sales & promotion in given region/zone.

· Create compelling, actionable stories that will captive farmers and grow category sales for the mutual benefit of the company and customer.

· Daily Meeting with VLC/BMC/MCC/Feed Distributors/Stockists.

· Maintaining relations with VLC/BMC/MCC/Pharmacy/Feed Distributors

· Collecting Farmer Data from eFeed VLC’s & other VLC’s.

· Dairy partnerships.

· Deliver value add sales volume within given sales territory.

· Establish direct contact with owners (Farmers) to increase sales revenue.

· Build repeat customers with promotional activities and by creating brand awareness.

· Coordinate information training activities, sales planning to improve sales revenues.

· Travel and train large groups in eFeed products and sales penetrations.

· Designing a sales penetration strategy for eFeed.

· Competition Analysis w.r.t. Animal Husbandry (Poultry and Cattle feed Industry).

· Consumer behaviour analysis towards the Animal (Poultry and Cattle feed Industry).

· Build and train the sales team for expansion of area sales.

· Present daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports to Management.

· Coordinate sales efforts with operations team, sales team.

· Ensure on time sales collections.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as defined

· Promote our range of veterinary products, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points.

· Educate veterinarians, livestock farmers, and other relevant stakeholders on the effective usage and application of our products.

· Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to enhance understanding and adoption.

2. Relationship Building:

· Establish and nurture strong relationships with MCC, VLC, Farms, veterinarians, veterinary clinics, and key influencers within the livestock community.

· Collaborate with veterinary professionals to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support on animal health and nutritional requirements.

· Market Analysis and Insights:

· Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and regulatory changes within the veterinary industry.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.

· Gather insights and feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

3. Customer Support and Service:

· Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

· Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

4.Training and Knowledge Sharing:

· Stay informed about the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, animal nutrition, and industry best practices.

· Share knowledge and updates with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of veterinary products and their applications.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have prior experience in dairy company (worked with MCC,VLC)
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the dairy industry for UP/MP/Maharashtra/Bihar .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey product information.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of, animal health, and the veterinary/supplement market.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry practices.
