Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Experience Executive (Marathi) to join our team at eFeed. As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Marathi-speaking customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping them optimize their animal feeds/ration. This is a full-time position located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in Marathi both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of animal nutrition or the agricultural industry is a plus
- Experience in business development, tele sales, or sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support to Marathi-speaking customers via telephone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist customers in using our tech application to plan, create, and optimize animal feeds/ration
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in translating and localizing customer-facing materials from English to Marathi
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures
