We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with their enquiries related to cattle dairy business using our products and services .


Language known - Marathi (Speak , Read , Write)


Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and chat in a timely and accurate way
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Handle data entry in various platforms

Eligibility:

Only Females Required

Agritech experience preferred

Candidates who Are available for full time (in-office)

You should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust

Can start the work immediately

Have relevant skills and interests


Working : 6 days working & work from office
