As a Customer Experience Executive (CXE), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have exceptional interactions and experiences with our company. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of service excellence.
Language Known - Hindi / Marathi
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and concerns.
Issue Resolution:
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Ensure that all customer issues are logged, tracked, and followed up on until resolution.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries or issues.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Share customer feedback with the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer service metrics as required.
Salary & Incentives: upto 3 lpa
Only Females required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (background/degree in Agriculture is preferred)
- Are available for full time (in-office)
- You should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust
- Can start the work immediately
- Have relevant skills and interests

This is divided between compound feed and raw materials (commodities like maize, wheat, etc.) that are typically used for feeding animals. Farmers in India use raw materials or compound feeds as per their convenience and their economic needs. Ever fluctuating commodity prices have always made it tough for the feed manufacturers to maintain a good balance between the profits and quality. The lack of options in the market and fluctuating prices leaves the farmers with the short end of the stick, missing out on health benefits and productivity of their animals.
