· Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for required vehicle, Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
· Detail reporting of complaints, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty.
· Coordinate with Concern Authority for required approvals for warranty claims.
· Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in the Factory.
· Dispatch of all the failed parts to Concern Person on request.
· Failed parts scrapping in presence of a Concern Authority.
· Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap.
· Follow up with Concern Authority for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement.
· Upkeep warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits.
· Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim.
· Update workshop personnel on the latest warranty policy or changes.
· Preparing monthly basis MIS report related to Warranty In & Out.
