Edwise International is currently hiring for a role in the Founder's Office based in South Mumbai ( Marine lines ). This key position plays a crucial role in shaping the organisation's direction and operations.
The founder's office is a vital role for the company as well as its leadership because its sets the tone for the entire Organization.
As a member of the Founder's Office, you will directly support the Founder/CEO in driving essential projects and enhancing company processes. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, are organized, and enjoy taking on challenges, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting company strategies and decision-making through research and analysis, prepare reports and presentations.
- Leading and managing special projects in collaboration with various teams and make sure its completed on time.
- Assist in daily operations and decision - making & Identify ways to make processes more efficient.
- Facilitating effective communication between the Founder and other departments/teams.
- Write emails & Communications for the Founder.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors's / Masters degree in Business or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, or Project management.
- Excellent communications skills.
