Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and local language is required
