Job Overview

This role is for a Freelance Trainer - Red Hat OpenShift I: Containers & Kubernetes (DO180) at EduRamp Learning Services Pvt. Ltd. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, and Kubernetes. The training location is Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This is a freelance position with executive-level responsibility and requires more than 10 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in working with Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, and Kubernetes
• Proven track record of delivering successful training programs
• Strong knowledge of Docker and related technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Certifications in Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, and Kubernetes will be preferred
• Experience in freelance training or consulting is desirable
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and online training sessions on Red Hat OpenShift I: Containers & Kubernetes (DO180) according to the curriculum
• Lead interactive training sessions, ensuring maximum engagement and knowledge transfer
• Provide guidance and mentoring to learners, addressing their questions and concerns
• Prepare training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and improve training materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct assessments and certifications to validate learners' understanding and skills
• Maintain accurate training records and reports
