Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Scala Developer Freelance Trainer to join our dynamic team. This is a freelance position with hybrid and remote work options, available in multiple locations including Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, Chennai, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 20 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Scala development (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience as a developer with proficiency in Scala.
• Strong knowledge of functional programming concepts.
• Experience in curriculum development for professional training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Experience with B2B training environments is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to adapt to different training methodologies and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive Scala training programs to corporate clients.
• Create detailed training materials and hands-on exercises for trainees.
• Conduct both online and in-person training sessions as per clientele requirements.
• Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest Scala developments to ensure the training content is current.
• Collaborate with EduRamp's core team to continuously improve training modules.
• Engage in deep collaboration with clients to customize training solutions that meet their specific needs.
