Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Prompt Engineering Freelance Corporate Trainer with a minimum of 8 years to a maximum of 20 years of work experience. The position offers various job locations including Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, Chennai, and Gurgaon. The employment type is Freelance, Hybrid, and Remote.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prompt Engineering (Mandatory skill)
• Training Delivery: Proven experience in delivering effective training sessions to corporate clients, ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Strong domain knowledge in Prompt Engineering and the ability to demonstrate practical applications.
• Adult Learning Principles: Understanding of adult learning principles to create an engaging and conducive learning environment.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations that capture the audience's attention.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training methods based on the audience needs and feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing and developing course materials and training programs in Prompt Engineering.
• Delivering training sessions in both online and offline modes as per the client's requirements.
• Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in the field of Prompt Engineering to ensure cutting-edge training content.
• Collaborating with EduRamp's core team and empaneled consultants for continuous improvement of training programs.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs to stakeholders.
• Customizing training programs based on client-specific needs and objectives.
• Participating in faculty meetings and contributing to the strategic objectives of EduRamp Learning Services Pvt. Ltd.
