Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Development Freelance Corporate Trainer to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions on mobile app development. The position is freelance and can be performed in a hybrid or remote setting from locations including Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, Chennai, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience, up to 20 years, in mobile app development and training delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in mobile app development, including hands-on coding and architectural design (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in the Iconic framework for mobile app development (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in training delivery within a corporate environment (Mandatory skill).
• Deep understanding of corporate environments, including the ability to align training methodologies with corporate goals and structures.
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve trainee queries and technical issues in real-time.
• High adaptability to customize training modules according to the varying needs of different corporate clients.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of training modules and adherence to tight schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on mobile app development using the Iconic framework to corporate clients.
• Develop and update training materials and curricula to stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Assess and evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, tests, and interactive sessions to ensure the effectiveness of the training program.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their specific training needs and customize content accordingly.
• Provide after-training support to address any follow-up questions or issues encountered by trainees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and tools in mobile app development.
• Engage in regular feedback sessions with the EduRamp team to continuously improve training methods and materials.
• Ensure a professional and engaging learning environment throughout the training sessions.
