Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEAN/MERN Freelance Corporate Trainer for a senior-level position. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, both onsite and remotely. The job is located in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, Chennai, and Gurgaon, with flexible employment options including freelance, hybrid, and remote. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 20 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with MongoDB, Express.js, and Angular (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Node.js for building scalable server-side applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and its various frameworks and libraries.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end development.
• Expertise in database management and optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in a corporate environment.
• Ability to adapt to various learning styles and provide engaging training sessions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive training sessions in MEAN/MERN stack technologies.
• Developing and updating training materials to ensure they are current and effective.
• Assessing learners' needs and customizing training programs to meet those needs.
• Providing hands-on coding exercises and real-world examples to illustrate complex concepts.
• Monitoring and evaluating learning outcomes and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in MEAN/MERN technologies.
• Collaborating with other trainers and team members to continually improve training programs.
• Traveling to various client locations as needed to deliver onsite training sessions.
