Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Manual & Automation Testing Freelance Trainer to join our team. This is a senior position suitable for candidates with a minimum of 8 years to a maximum of 20 years of relevant experience. The role offers flexibility with freelance, hybrid, and remote working options. Locations include Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, Chennai, and Gurgaon.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in manual testing for software applications with a broad understanding of various testing techniques and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of automation testing using tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience in delivering training sessions focused on Manual and Automation Testing (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in test planning, including requirement analysis, test environment setup, and test execution
• Proficient in designing comprehensive test cases and scenarios to ensure thorough testing of software modules
• Experience in quality assurance processes to maintain and improve software quality across all stages of development
• Excellent communication skills to effectively impart knowledge and concepts in a professional setting
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during testing and training sessions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Manual and Automation Testing for corporate clients
• Create training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessment tests
• Conduct detailed evaluations of trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with the EduRamp team to customize training programs based on client needs and industry trends
• Provide remote and in-person training sessions, adapting to a hybrid working model as required
• Support trainees in understanding and implementing best practices in test planning, test case design, and quality assurance
• Identify potential gaps in trainees' knowledge and offer tailored solutions to address these areas
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and integrate new testing methodologies into the training curriculum
