Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Freelance Corporate Trainer at EduRamp Learning Services Pvt. Ltd.. The role involves providing corporate training in Java programming and related technologies. This is a freelance, hybrid position located in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, Chennai, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have relevant work experience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java programming (mandatory skill)
• Expertise in React.js (mandatory skill)
• Experience with Node.js (mandatory skill)
• Deep understanding of the Spring framework and its components
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong background in database management
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Proven experience in training delivery, including the use of various training methodologies and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Java programming, React.js, and Node.js
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises
• Assess the skills and abilities of trainees and tailor training programs accordingly
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to trainees during and after the training sessions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs
• Work closely with the EduRamp team to ensure training objectives are met
• Maintain records of training sessions and trainee progress
