Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Freelance Trainer to join our team. This role is suitable for senior professionals and requires a minimum of 8 years to a maximum of 30 years of work experience. The job location is flexible and can be based in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, Chennai, and Gurgaon. The position offers a freelance, hybrid, and remote working setup, allowing for considerable flexibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in DevOps Tools, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing, including deployment and management of cloud environments.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code principles and tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience in Automation Scripting using languages such as Python and Shell for automating tasks and processes.
• Proficient in Monitoring and Logging tools to ensure system health and performance metrics.
• Understanding and experience in implementing Agile Methodologies in software development and training environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions and workshops.
• Ability to mentor and guide participants through complex technical concepts and practical exercises.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on DevOps tools, practices, and methodologies to corporate clients.
• Develop and customize training materials to cater to the specific needs and skill levels of different participants.
• Facilitate hands-on labs and practical exercises to enhance learning and application of DevOps concepts.
• Assess and evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their proficiency.
• Collaborate with EduRamp's core team to continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry trends.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in DevOps and related technologies to ensure up-to-date training delivery.
• Provide mentorship and support to participants even after the completion of training sessions.
• Maintain documentation and reports of training sessions for internal and client records.
