User Research & Analysis: ○

Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. ○ Analyse user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.

● Wireframing & Prototyping:

○ Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. ○ Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for new features or products.

● UI Design:

○ Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with our brand identity.

○ Ensure a consistent design language across all platforms and devices.

● Collaboration:

○ Collaborate with developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

○ Present and defend design decisions, explaining the rationale behind design choices based on user research and best practices.

● Usability Testing: ○ Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs. ○ Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.

● Documentation:

○ Maintain and update design documentation, guidelines, and assets for consistency and ease of use by the development team.
