Overview:

Afynd Private Limited is seeking driven Data Entry Operator who are responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records in computer systems. This role involves inputting data from various sources, verifying the accuracy of information, and performing routine data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Inputting data into computer systems and databases from various sources such as paper documents, digital files, and verbal instructions with 40wpm speed.

·      Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness.

·      Updating and correcting data as necessary to ensure accuracy.

·      Performing routine data backups and maintaining data security.

·      Generating and reviewing reports based on the entered data.

·      Assisting with data-related queries and providing support to other departments as needed.

·      Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

·      12th pass; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

·      Proficiency in typing and using data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, database management systems).

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy(100% accuracy is must).

·      Good organizational and time management skills.

·      Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

·      Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
