Tele caller (2-3 years experience)

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and explaining the product offered by the company.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Effective follow ups and maintaining of databases.

Requirements

• Should be proficient in English with good oral communication, strong interpersonal skills and mostly convincing skill.
• Should have knowledge of MS Office(Word,Excel,Powerpt)
• Proven working experience as tele caller.
