Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to join our team at Educate U. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales over the phone. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. The role is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up on potential customers
• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and pitch our products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities
• Document all interactions and update the CRM system
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
