Sales Executive

Location: [Pune/Baner]

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: Experience or Fresher both can apply

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and Sell: Boost our existing brands and introduce exciting new products to the market.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and goals, contributing to the company's growth.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Market Research: Understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest improvements to meet sales targets.

Sales Strategies: Implement new sales plans and strategies to stand out in the market.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

Continuous Learning: Stay current in the industry by attending conferences, workshops, and educational opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience or Freshers in sales (Experience in a similar role is advantageous)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to analyse sales data and generate reports

Understanding of sales processes and strategies

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
