Office Hours and Responsibilities:
- Office hours will be from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- The candidate will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises.
- The candidate will be tasked with the regular cleaning and upkeep of the office washrooms, ensuring a hygienic and well-maintained environment.
- The candidate will be responsible for attending to and providing hospitality to guests and visitors who come to the office.
- This may include tasks such as:
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Offering refreshments and beverages
- Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests
- Providing a professional and courteous reception experience
Tea and Kitchen Duties:
- The candidate will be required to prepare and serve tea twice a day for the office staff.
- This will involve the following tasks:
- Brewing the tea at the appropriate times (e.g., mid-morning and mid-afternoon)
- Ensuring the tea is prepared to the desired strength and temperature
- Serving the tea to the employees in a timely and organized manner
- Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for washing and cleaning all the utensils used in the kitchen area.
- The candidate will also be tasked with keeping the kitchen space clean and organized, including wiping down surfaces, emptying the trash, and maintaining a tidy and hygienic work environment.
Respect and Communication:
- The candidate must be mindful of not disturbing the employees during their regular office hours.
- This means being considerate of the work environment and avoiding unnecessary noise or disruptions that could impact the productivity and focus of the office staff.
- The candidate is expected to communicate with all the employees in a respectful and professional manner.
