Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales and marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our banking products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation: Actively identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business and increase revenue through the sale of banking products such as loans, savings accounts, and investment products.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that effectively promote banking products and services across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  4. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion. Analyse campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of banking products and services. Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure a thorough understanding of offerings and effective sales techniques.
  6. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures at all times. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
  7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards to track progress against sales targets and key performance indicators. Present findings to management and provide actionable insights for improvement.
