We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven "Territory Sales Executive" to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
3. Manage and grow high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
5. Present and demonstrate Solaristechs products and services to potential customers.
6. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Required Skills:
1. 1+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development in the solar industry or a related field.
2. Must have worked in this territory for at least 1 year.
3. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market dynamics.
4. Ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ensure that the target is met.
