EDHR is seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Mangaluru. This full-time, junior-level position is perfect for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our commitment to education-driven recruitment. Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates over the phone.
- Proficiency in data entry as it is crucial for maintaining accurate records and documentation. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with Salesforce to manage candidate interactions and streamline recruitment processes. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with CRM software to efficiently track leads, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for organizing data, reporting, and performing analytical tasks.
- Experience with VoIP systems to facilitate clear and efficient telephonic communication with clients and candidates alike.
- Active listening skills to understand the needs and preferences of candidates and align them with suitable job opportunities.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure that all recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to introduce job opportunities and services offered by EDHR.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine lead generation strategies and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide detailed feedback from candidates to help tailor recruitment approaches to meet their specific needs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for management review to analyze recruitment performance.
- Utilize active listening skills to handle questions and resolve any concerns candidates may have regarding job opportunities.
- Manage time effectively to ensure high call volumes are maintained without sacrificing quality of service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the telecalling process.
