Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Warden to join our partner educational institution in Bangalore Urban. As a Warden, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and welfare of students. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors in relevant field
• Emergency Response (Mandatory skill): Ability to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations to ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Facilities Management (Mandatory skill): Proven capabilities in overseeing hostel operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and security aspects are upheld.
• Interpersonal Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent communication skills in English with students, staff, and parents to establish effective relationships and resolve issues promptly.
