Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Telecalling Executives to join our team at EDGO International. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about our study abroad programs and guiding them through the application process. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven sales skills and the ability to influence and persuade
• Familiarity with calling etiquettes and the ability to engage with prospective students
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection gracefully
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the study abroad programs offered by EDGO International
• Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions
• Follow up with interested prospects and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Utilize CRM software to track and update student information
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve overall student recruitment goals
