The Opportunity


We seek a driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising or consulting agency to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping Edbrig's growth trajectory. You’ll have the chance to engage with high-level clients while honing your sales, proposal writing, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through a range of channels. Research target markets, build networks, and leverage your existing connections.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Masterfully craft compelling, persuasive proposals that clearly demonstrate Edbrig's value proposition, tailored to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Proficiently manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and account management, to ensure seamless client experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development within an advertising or consulting agency setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing winning proposals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A passion for branding, advertising, and consulting.
