Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Environmental Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Ecologic Engineering Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Senior Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and developing sustainable solutions for water and waste management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be knowledgeable about environmental laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in environmental engineering
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other environmental engineering software
• Experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clear and concise technical reports
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment and solid waste management
• Experience in technical audits and environmental compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and provide recommendations for mitigation
• Design and manage wastewater treatment and solid waste management systems
• Perform technical audits and inspections to assess environmental performance
• Provide technical support for environmental permitting and compliance processes
• Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and design
• Stay updated on current environmental laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Assist in training and mentoring junior environmental engineers
