Position Overview:
As an HR Generalist you will be the backbone of our HR department, supporting both blue collar and white-collar recruitment, implementing new HR initiatives, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and excited to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and on boarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our team.
- Coordinate and conduct on boarding programs to welcome new hires and set them up for success.
2. HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
3. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure their well-being and job satisfaction.
4. Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth. - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
5. HR Initiatives and Projects:
- Participate in the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts to create a welcoming environment for all employees.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing company.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
