We're looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team! If you love generating leads, enjoy fieldwork, and have your own bike, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads through cold calls, visits, and emails.
- Turn those leads into happy clients.
- Keep in touch with clients to make sure they're satisfied.
- Upsell our products and services to existing customers.
- Support our internal sales efforts.
- Help manage our public image and relations.
- Build strong relationships with new clients and maintain great relationships with existing ones.
- Consistently hit your sales targets.
- Work closely with our team and higher management.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Provide updates on follow-ups regularly.
- Discover new business opportunities to help us grow.
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
- Strong organizational and public relations skills.
- A friendly and personable demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Great presentation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Fluency in Kannada (must) and knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English.
