Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will work in a collaborative team environment that delivers analytical solutions across multiple divisions. This position will lead the business analysis effort to identify, clarify, document, and manage business system requirements for the Data Analytics platform. The Senior Business Analyst validates business system requirements with detailed acceptance criteria used by the technical team to provide functionality necessary to meet business objectives. They will work with the QA function to help drive testing and quality control.

Minimum Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business/Information Technology

·      Hands-on experience in Data Analytics with working efficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, PowerBI

·      5+ years of experience in a business environment performing analysis, requirements gathering, and problem solving

·      5+ years of experience working with various Data & Analytics teams such as Data Integration, Visualization, Data Science, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence teams

·      Excellent verbal and written skills that allow effective communication with business and technical teams

·      Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

·      MBA in Analytics or relevant field

·      Experience working across global cross-functional teams with digital programs

·      Hands on experience in Power BI or other visualization tool

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide data and business analysis support to the Analytics team

·      Liase with product and business owners to discover and translate functional and non-functional requirements

·      Agile learner to become a trusted subject matter expert and explorer in business domains and capabilities assigned

·      Work proactively and independently to address project requirements and articulate issues/challenges to reduce project delivery risks

·      Understand business needs and create conceptual data models by adhering to the best practices
