Job Title: Customer service Executive (sales)

Location: MANIPAL (UDUPI) - Onsite only 


Job Summary:


As a Customer service Executive (sales), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company through effective telephone-based sales techniques. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively promoting our products or services to meet targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, databases, or cold-calling efforts.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the unique selling points of our offerings.
  • Closing Deals: Employ effective sales techniques to close deals, overcome objections, and secure customer commitments.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales manager or team leader regarding market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
  • Adherence to Sales Processes: Follow established sales processes, scripts, and guidelines while adapting to customer responses and needs.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions, demonstrating respect and empathy.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM software and other sales-related tools (not mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets.

Adaptability to changing sales strategies and customer preferences.
