Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, effectively manage staff, and drive overall hotel performance through financial management and innovative sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Oversee all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth functioning.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff performance to maintain high customer service standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt service recovery.
• Financial Management: Monitor P&L statements, create and manage budgets, and maximize revenue through strategic planning.
• Sales & Marketing: Implement sales strategies to increase room occupancy and drive hotel revenue.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations meet hotel policies, SOPs, and legal compliance standards.
• Vendor Management: Manage procurement and vendor contracts for supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, P&L management, and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and hotel management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
