Senior Sales Manager


Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. You will manage key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets of Insurance, Mutual Funds and Loan.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and address any concerns.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with high-value clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 8-9 years in a senior sales role, preferably in Insurance and Mutual funds.
