Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry and experience with online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales growth for our IT services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Leverage online freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) to generate leads and acquire new clients
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand and address client needs and requirements to deliver customized IT solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market development
