Job Overview
BitAce Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Fresher for the role of Human Resources in Jaipur. This is a full-time internship position. The ideal candidate will have up to one year of work experience and will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in employee recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing potential candidates.
- Strong understanding of employee relations practices and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
- Ability to conduct effective performance management evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
- Knowledgeable in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits structures and ability to administer them efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR compliance regulations to ensure legal and policy adherence within the company.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to address and resolve workplace disputes amicably.
- Experience or exposure to HRIS management for maintaining accurate employee records and HR data.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage and enhance employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to ensure continuous employee growth.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair offerings.
- Ensure HR compliance by keeping up-to-date with labor laws and implementing necessary policy changes.
- Utilize HRIS tools to maintain accurate employee data and generate necessary reports for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
