Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms


Qualifications

 HSC/Graduate Fresher’s can apply

- Fixed Salary 

- 6 days working with 1 week off

- Day Shift

- Timing 9:30am to 6:30pm 

- Salary up to 14.5 K CTC 

- Language Hindi and English. 

  • Need Average communication skill
