<h3>Job Summary:</h3>The Tester cum Technical Assistant will be responsible for both ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing and providing technical support to maintain and troubleshoot systems. This hybrid role involves performing manual and automated testing, managing technical documentation, assisting with system setup and maintenance, and supporting the technical team in various capacities.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><h4>Testing Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Test Planning: Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.</li><li>Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and compatibility of applications across different environments.</li><li>Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Test Complete, or other relevant tools.</li><li>Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
